NUVO FAQs
🚚 What shipping options do you offer?
We ship worldwide with standard shipping costs and delivery times based on your location and order weight. For full details, check out our Shipping Policy.
⏳ How long will my order take to arrive?
Delivery times vary between 2 to 29 business days, depending on your country. Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
🔍 Can I track my order?
Yes! Tracking info will be sent to your email as soon as your order is on its way.
🔄 What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted only for US orders. To qualify for a refund, items must be unworn, with original tags and packaging, and return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless we made an error or the item arrived damaged. Exchanges are not accepted.
❌ Do you offer exchanges?
No, we don’t currently offer exchanges. Please place a new order if you want a different style or size.
💳 What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, plus PayPal, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
📦 What if my package is lost or delayed?
While we do everything to get your order to you on time, delays can happen due to carriers or customs. NUVO is not responsible for these delays. If your package seems lost, contact us right away and we’ll assist.
